This is by far, without question, the best fresh pasta you will find in Pescara. It doesn’t get better than this. I had the pleasure of meeting Antonio and his charming and blissful outlook on life makes the pasta taste even better. His knowledge of his craft exceeds all expectations, with the minor details making you appreciate his pasta even more. I can’t wait to go back. In one week, I picked up Gnocchi, tagliatelle and chitarra. Not an OUNCE of disappointment. Antonio, sei meraviglioso!We found this spot by chance online. Antonio was very friendly and welcoming. Truly knowledgeable and professional with what he does. Absolutely amazing high quality pasta. Would highly recommend!

Antonio has the best pasta in whole Italy. His workshop is so professional and clean. When you come in his store, you can feel the positive energy, because he is so kind. It is so rare to see such persons. I am driving to Antonio 600km from slovenia to get his pasta and then 600km back. I can confirm he is the best pasta maker I have seen in my whole life. Probably best in Europe.

Ho scoperto questo negozio per caso, e la fortuna mi ha fatto assaggiare gli ottimi ravioli tipici della cucina teramana. Non è semplice trovarli, e non è semplice trovarli davvero buoni!
